This popular local and regional shopping district is a one-stop shopping destination, with a wide range of large-format retail outlets, specialty shops, restaurants and entertainment (including off-track wagering to the latest movies). Excellent automobile and public transit access, The Kennedy Road BIA was formally established in 1980.

Kingston Rd between Danforth and Brimley
The "Cliffside Village" shopping district is decorated with several colourful wall murals depicting community history and a wide tree-lined boulevard in the centre of Kingston Road with shopping for home improvement, household convenience, several independent retailers, and of course a selection of good restaurants.
Knob Hill Plaza
Eglinton Avenue East, west of Brimley
An important neighbourhood shopping destination since the 1950's, the Knob Hill Plaza's recent renaissance includes a mix of specialty retail, food and personal service businesses. Lots of parking. The Knob Hill Plaza BIA was established in 2003.
Lawrence Avenue East between Victoria Park Ave east to Birchmount Road
The Wexford Heights BIA offers the community a good mix of retail shops, professional offices and service establishments, including distinctive bakeries, restaurants and fast-food establishments, many with an exciting Middle-eastern flair. Come for the 3-day long Annual Taste of Lawrence Festival in July, with fun family activities and sample many mouth-watering tastes from local restaurants, and live entertainment featuring local Scarborough artists. The Wexford Heights Business Improvement Area was established in 2004
Sheppard East Village
Sheppard Avenue between Midland and Markham Roads
This busy area of Agincourt has a good selection of long-time restaurants and retailers, as well as several small shopping malls, Toronto's largest Canadian Tire store, and a number of automobile dealerships. The area has strong communities of Chinese, Caribbean, Middle East and Far Eastern backgrounds.
