Toronto's Only Suspension Bridge
The Sewells Road bridge over the Rouge River was built in 1912, and is one only 15 Toronto bridges notes as having heritage value, and the only vehicular suspension bridge in the city. The bridge can be seen by traveling on Sewells Road north from Old Finch or south from Steeles, in the NE corner of Scarborough near the Zoo.
